Scott

Scott (Warehouse Manager)

Scott is a hands-on team member that recently jumped at the opportunity to transition from Office Manager to Warehouse Manager. We recognized his skills and knew he would be a perfect fit as his attention to detail and hands on approach will make vast improvements to the warehouse and in turn help the overall efficiency and production of the company. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and has previous experience in manufacturing and municipal government. Scott is happily married and has a 5 year old son and 10 month old baby girl. 

Teresa

Teresa (Office Manager)

Teresa has worked as an accountant and office manager for thirty years, mostly in the construction industry. She's been with SERVPRO since December 2019 and she loves her work here. She has two adult sons and one grandchild. When she's not working Teresa and her husband enjoy traveling. Teresa is a dog lover and has an eleven month old Rottweiler named Lasher.

Jeff

Jeff (Marketing)

Jeff started working with SERVPRO in the summer of 2010. Jeff loves his job and meeting and helping many people in our community. Jeff has seen and assisted in thousands of water and fire mitigation clean-ups within the years. Jeff is an active member of The Clemson Rotary and worked hard as the Community Service Chair since this past year. Currently, Jeff is an active Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce Board member. He has received multiple service awards in the Easley community. Jeff is excited to be a part of the largest SERVPRO in South Carolina and part of the community.

Marketing Manager

Autumn (Marketing)

Autumn is on our sales and marketing team. When Autumn started with us she was new to the area, but we knew with her background in social services she’d make a perfect fit. She has attended and aided in hosting events for the local community. She is a prime example of our famous words “We’re always here to help!”

Morgan

Morgan (Operations Manager)

Morgan was born and raised in the upstate. She spent 8 years in project management in the sign industry prior to working with us here at SERVPRO for the last 4 years. Morgan started out as a Reconstruction Project Manager and then became lead Estimator. Through the years she has stepped in and helped in accounting, accounts receivables, contents management, job file audits and job file coordinating when needed. She was recently promoted to Director of Operations and is excited to continue serving and strengthening the company in all areas. Morgan has a 10 year old son and spends a lot of time outside of work at soccer and baseball fields.

Khristy

Khristy (Lead Job File Coordinator)

Khristy joined the SERVPRO family as our Lead Job File Coordinator. Khristy was born and raised in New Hampshire but is a Southerner at heart. She has a background in Property Insurance and over 20 years in Customer Service. She understands our customer's needs and goes above and beyond to meet those needs and guide our customers through each step of the process. She is typically our customer's first point of contact and the one that they ask for by name when calling into the office. She coordinates almost every aspect of the job between the customer, our team, and the insurance company.

Nikki

Nikki (Job File Coordinator)

Nikki joined us here at SERVPRO recently as a Job File Coordinator. Nikki joined the US Navy after graduating High School, served 5 years as a Hospital Corpsman, then spent 20 years in medical field pre-covid. She then spent 3 years in construction industry. 

Rob

Rob (Job File Coordinator)

Rob joined us here at SERVPRO as a Job File Coordinator. He has spent 10 years in customer service and 5 years in management. Rob likes to build things like keyboards, cars and drone racing.

Nathan (Production Manager)

Nate is our Production Manager here at SERVPRO. He relocated from Baltimore, Maryland to pursue his career with SERVPRO. He has been with us since opening day and continues to show us hard work and dedication. He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician & Applied Structural Drying Technician. 

Elise

Elise (Fire Crew Chief)

Elise is our Crew Chief for Fire Restoration & Cleaning Division of SERVPRO. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and relocated to South Carolina to pursue her job here with SERVPRO. Elise keeps everything in line and organized for our team. She has a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration and Odor Control. Elise strives with every challenge she is handed and provides an excellent experience for all the customers she serves. 

Josh

Josh (Water Crew Chief)

Josh has been with SERVPRO for 2 years now. He started out as a technician and says that thanks to great leadership, he was able to move up to Crew Chief in a just a few months. Josh specializes in water losses but is able and willing to jump into any loss that he is needed. Josh takes a lot of time and pride in training his technicians and it shows! He is exceptionally knowledgeable and his team knows that they can go to him for any help that they need. Along with his great sense of humor he also has a strong dedication to his team. You can definitely call them family!

Ethan (Water Crew Chief)

Ethan is one of our Water Technician's. Ethan came to SERVPRO with a can do attitude and ready to learn what he could in the water mitigation industry. Ethan enjoys mechanical work and helping with the equipment when needed. In his off time, Ethan enjoys fishing, working on vehicles and making others laugh.

Jack

Jack (Water Technician)

Jack joined SERVPRO as a Water Technician a few months ago and has been eagerly learning the trade. Jack moved from Baltimore to be closer with friends and start his carrier with SERVPRO. Jack spends his free time skateboarding and enjoying life.

Maria

Maria (Production Technician)

Maria started with us last year and loves working with SERVPRO as one of our Cleaning Technicians. Maria likes to cook, clean and dance. She has two kids, one in college and the other a Senior in High School. On her time off she likes to relax and hang out with friends. She is a wonderful asset to our SERVPRO Family.

Shy

Shy (Fire Crew Chief)

Shy is one of our Cleaning Technicians here at SERVPRO. Shy joined us here at SERVPRO a few weeks ago. She is quick at learning and has grown well into our little family. Shy is in college to become a High School English Teacher and has recently welcomed an adorable little boy. 

Amber

Amber (Fire & Cleaning Technician)

Amber joined us here at SERVPRO as a Cleaning Technician. Amber moved here to be closer with friends from Michigan. She enjoys the outdoors and loves to go horseback riding. We are glad to have Amber join us to become part of the SERVPRO family.

Summer Fickes (Marketing Support Coordinator)

Meet Summer! Our little ray of Sunshine here at SERVPRO! She has joined us as she works her way through Art School. She has her very own pop up shop for local venders art festivals. Summer has great attention to detail and uses that to her advantage while working for SERVPRO. We are proud to have such a dedicated and fun loving individual to be apart of our SERVPRO Family!

Collin moved here from Tennessee to work with our team, he loves the work he does. Collin is a fun soul and can make any day of work feel like a party! He takes the most pride in his containment, and he keeps every member of production in a good mood even on the toughest of days.
